Returns Policy

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and Promise Certificate.
  • Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for items of equal or greater value.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at contact@lumorabrand.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
